As a teacher at the Royal Academy, you can make use of the Library many services - You can book a teaching course for your students, suggest the purchase of books and e-books and we can help your set up a semester shelf in the library.

We also got provided access to over 90 databases and other online sources covering our subject areas.

if are you missing a book for your teaching, you can suggest that the library purchase it - either as a physical book or an e-book.
E-books can often be purchased as a multi-user license, so the whole class can get access to it.

The Library can help you acquire books and articles etc. for courses you are teaching, and make them available for your students.
The materials can either be places within the libraries existing collection or an a separate semester shelf.
We are also happy to help in teaching the students, how they find the materials on their reading list on their own.

We teach literature search, reference technique and source criticism. All courses is organized as needed, based on the programmes amd level of the students. The course will be a mixture of introduction to search techniques, as well as searching in various databases.
In addition, the students will be introduced to assesses when a reference is from a valid source and whether it is properly cited.
We recommend placing the course when the students have formulated a topic or research question.
